If the company decides that they should send it out to the investor list, you will receive an email outlining the wholesale price, the closing date, and any important details that you need to be aware of in the contract that you will be assuming as a wholesale property buyer.
What If I Want to Buy a Property Contract?
In order to buy a property contract you must be willing to:
1. Provide an offer to the wholesaler and discuss your financing plan and offer price with them on the phone
2. Close on the closing date outlined in the wholesale property package
3. Put down a sizeable deposit that shows the wholesaler that you are serious and able to close
4. Treat the seller with respect as you may be engaging with them prior to closing
